Why not extend your day out in Cambridge with a delicious picnic before, after or during your private chauffeured punt tour. Cambridge Cheese Company and Afternoon Tease picnics are both available.

The Cambridge Cheese Company

This small independent and local delicatessen assemble delicious gourmet picnics especially for us. Including a selection from the following: Artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh breads, bread sticks, locally produced pork pies, top grade olives, succulent sun-dried tomatoes and a selection or relishes and chutneys. If there is something you are particularly partial to please ask. At just £12 per person (minimum order; 2 people) this picnic is a really economical treat.

Afternoon Tea Picnic

We offer afternoon tea style picnics either home baked by Jo at Afternoon Tease or freshly baked from Fitzbillies. This gorgeous picnic comprises of; Delicate finger sandwiches or mini bridge rolls (2 fillings), freshly baked scones (traditional with luxury preserves and clotted cream or cheese with butter) and a large cake (again a selection of seasonal fillings and flavours are available) and freshly baked mini chocolate brownie. Served with chilled iced tea this picnic costs £20 per person.

Punting and Lunch at De Luca Cucina

For a great day out in Cambridge, enjoy a shared chauffeured punt tour and lunch with De Luca Cucina, one of Cambridge’s finest Independent Restaurants, specialising in fresh seasonal Italian cuisine. Your ticket price includes a 45 minutes punt tour and a 2 course lunch with soft drink. Punt tours can be taken within our opening hours, lunch is valid 12pm-3pm and 5pm-6pm Monday to Friday and 12pm-6pm Saturday and Sunday. This option is currently only available to be booked over the phone, please contact us on 07989 423 721. 

Curry on a Punt

We have teamed up with Inders Kitchen and are now offering their delicious, seasonal and freshly cooked Indian Meals on board our punts. This service is available for private chauffeured tours booked after 5pm, 7 days a week (subject to availability) and must be pre booked in advance. Simply book your private chauffeured evening punting tour with us and then call Inders Kitchen on 01223 211 333 to place your order and be sure to tell them to deliver to Lets Go Punting. Please let us know you are having an Inders Kitchen delivered so we can ensure we have the table and lanterns ready for you - your own private floating restaurant - what could be better?
