Due to the unfortunate spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are currently receiving lots of questions. We would like to assure our customers that we are keeping up to date with government advice and will update these answers accordingly.
1. Are you operating?
During the government lockdown we are closed. We hope to re open as soon as it is safe to do so.
2. What if I already have a booking?
Until the end of June: Bookings can change to another date (subject to availability) or receive a credit note valid for 12 months from their booking date or receive a full refund – we would ask you to consider opting for a credit note or 70% refund instead (this will assist us in paying essential costs over the next few months) – these are incredibly hard times for business in tourism and any gestures of kindness and good will are hugely appreciated.
7. Can I make a booking for the future.
We are currently unsure when we will be able to resume operations. If you would like to make a booking for the summer please email or call us and we will take your details and book you in. Once we have a date for reopening we will then contact customers and ask for payments to confirm bookings. Any questions please do contact us.
