The first public shared botanical punt tour is being held on the 1st of September. Departing at 10.30am from our La Mimosa Landing Stage. The 40 minute one way tour will include a history of the River Cam and its riparian College Gardens, including lingering at Clare (there is an opportunity to go back and walk around Clare College Gardens at your leisure after the tour).
Your chauffeured punt tour will navigate the full length of the College Backs on the River Cam which cuts straight through the centre of the city of Cambridge. You will disembark from the punt at the mill pond area of the river and continue your Botanical Tour of Cambridge on foot.
You will head to the beautiful Wilderness Garden, a short walk away which is an interesting Garden with lots to see. It is here that your tour will end leaving you free for the rest of the day to explore Cambridge. Margaret will be happy to point you in the direction of the fabulous Cambridge Botanical Gardens, Clare College Gardens or anywhere else that you are interested in booking.
Tickets Costs: £18.50 for Adults, £17.50 for concessions and children. We estimate that the tour will finish between 11.30 and12.00. For further information please contact us.
