Cambridge is definitely the number one place to study in England. As we were enjoying a relaxing tour along the Cam the other day, we were happy to see the exciting new faces in the wonderful garden of Clare’s. We were wondering how these talented students feel like? What advice would Let’s Go Punting give for the new Students of town?
1. Don’t Stress Too Much
The only advice no one at university will ever take… and it’s completely fine. In fact, according to some studies, a little bit of extra pressure before your exam might help you to do your best. However, if you feel like you’re about to lose control, remember: nothing is more important than your mental health. You can always get another chance at uni; stressing over a piece of paper isn’t worth the psychical pressure you’re putting on yourself.
2. Make Friends
Friends are essential at university; firstly, because you can hang out together, and next, because you can also help each other at class.
3. Attend your lectures and seminars
The more you’ll attend, the more you’ll understand.
4. Ask for help
Don’t be too shy to ask for help if you need. Remember; it’s always better than failing!
5. Enjoy yourself
Don’t waste your best years. Go out and have fun!
6. Go Punting
You need to enjoy the number one activity in town; book yourself in for a punt tour!
